AGIntera
What is it?
AGIntera IVR is an interactive voice response software
designed to process incoming calls through an Asterisk phone
system. This software is intended to
be an alternate way to service callers without the need to have a person
answering the phone. All calls are
processed by an automated system that follows a previously configured sequence.
On the sequence different actions can be performed as a way
to give information or collect data from the callers. The prompts used to communicate with
the users can be previously recorded or generated instantly by the Text to
Speech tool.
The actions: Hang Up, Transfer, Record a File, Evaluate Channel Variable, Collect Data, Go
through IVR Menus, Execute Store Procedures (Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer), Invoke Web Service, Send an Email, Send SMS Message and
process data from TCP Socket.
All the configuration can be established using the AGIntera Manager, with this tool you can
setup the security access
module, view reports, query the event viewer and statistics, show the real time monitor,
manipulate the tree configuration and use the dash board where you can quickly
know the status of your IVR campaings.
How does it work?
Asterisk sends the calls to AGintera by FASTAGI access using the command in
the dial plan"AGI(agi//aginteraserveripaddress:port)", once the AGIntera
has the call control it will process the logical
flow of actions declared previously.
Also
AGIntera has a basic Dialer Predictive tool where you can generate outgoing
calls in order to contact customers with some information you want they know.
Once the customer answers the phone it will be redirected to an IVR you have
configured.
